Depositing Monero

Default coin. Two confirmations. About two minutes.

Monero is the default deposit coin on Anubis Market and the recommended coin for new orders. Monero transactions hide the sender, the receiver and the amount by default, which means the operator sees only that a deposit landed at your account, not where it came from.

How to deposit

  1. Open the Wallet panel after login.
  2. Select Monero as the deposit coin.
  3. The panel displays a fresh Monero address. Copy it.
  4. Send from your Monero wallet. Two confirmations minimum. Roughly two minutes.
  5. Wallet balance updates automatically after the second confirmation.

Wallet software

Feather Wallet on desktop. Lightweight, no full node needed, open source. Good default.

Cake Wallet on mobile. Same idea, mobile-friendly.

Monero GUI for hardened setups with a local node. Best privacy, more disk and bandwidth.

Non-KYC funding

If you are new to Monero, non-KYC ways to get it in 2026:

  • RoboSats over Lightning. Peer-to-peer, random robot avatar, cash by mail supported.
  • Cake Wallet built-in swap. Buy Bitcoin any way, swap to Monero inside the wallet.
  • Bisq. Desktop peer-to-peer with more payment methods.
tip

Size the wallet balance to the current order, not to a year of orders. Idle balance on the storefront earns nothing and is risk without return.
