Register an account
One form, one mnemonic on paper, one PGP key.
Anubis Market registration is a single form. Username, password, mnemonic seed. It is designed to take under a minute.
Username
Pick something you have never used elsewhere. Do not reuse any handle from a clearnet forum, chat or account. Cross-reference is exactly how deanonymisation works.
Password
Generate a fresh strong password. Use a password manager (KeePassXC is fine, keep the database on encrypted local storage, not cloud-synced).
Mnemonic seed
The registration form issues a mnemonic seed for account recovery. Write it on paper. Do not screenshot. Do not save it to a cloud-synced note. Anyone with the mnemonic owns the account.
PGP key
After the first login, add your PGP public key to your profile. Every serious vendor requires PGP-encrypted shipping details, and having your key on file makes every future vendor conversation smoother.
Losing the mnemonic means losing recovery. Having someone else read it means losing the account. Treat it as physical, not digital.
